Privacy Policy
What information the DirecOne website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to ask about it.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what the website direcone.com collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Work we do for our clients is governed by our agreements with them.
Who we are
DirecOne Ltd, 74 Independence Square, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. For any question about this policy or your information, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry. The form asks for your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, the subject you pick and your message. We use these only to read and answer your enquiry, and to send you a short email confirming that it arrived.
When you book a conversation. Bookings are made through Calendly, a separate scheduling service. What you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy, and we receive the details needed to hold the meeting.
When you email or telephone us. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and for our business records.
When you visit. Like most websites, the services that host and protect this site process technical details such as your IP address, your browser and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Applying for a job
This website does not collect job applications. They are handled on a separate careers site, which is covered by its own privacy notice and not by this one.
Cookies and measurement
The pages of this site do not need cookies to work. We use measurement services to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, and security services to keep out automated abuse. These may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser:
- Google (site statistics, through Google Site Kit)
- Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic
- Cloudflare (delivery, security and visit statistics)
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that provide services to us, such as website hosting, email, scheduling and the measurement services listed above, and only so that they can provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside Trinidad and Tobago, so your information may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep it
A copy of each enquiry sent through the form is kept in the website’s private records for 180 days and is then deleted automatically. The email it generates is kept in our mailbox for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and for our business records.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information we will update this page and the date at the top.
