The terms on which the DirecOne website is offered, and how to read the figures, examples and pictures on it.

These terms apply to your use of the website direcone.com, which is published by DirecOne Ltd, 74 Independence Square, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
What this website is for
The website describes our services and how we work. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a proposal, a contract or a commitment to a particular capacity, price or start date. Scope, staffing, systems, service measures and commercial terms are set out in a separate written agreement with each client.
Figures and client references
Figures on this site come from our own records and from written client references. Each describes the engagement it refers to. They are not company-wide averages and they do not guarantee future results. Timings such as “as little as two weeks” are the shortest we have achieved or consider achievable for a suitable program and depend on its complexity.
Where we describe AI, we describe what we do and how. We do not publish AI performance figures, because results belong to the program that produces them.
The hurricane record
The statements about hurricanes are taken from the United States National Hurricane Center’s Atlantic hurricane database for 1851 to 2025. They describe the past and apply to the island of Trinidad. They are not a forecast, and early records are less complete than modern ones.
Examples and pictures
Conversations shown as examples are written to illustrate how contacts are handled. They are not transcripts of real customers. The pictures do not show DirecOne staff, clients or customers.
Names and marks
Company and product names are used to identify clients we have served, technologies we have experience with and publishers we link to. They belong to their owners. Unless we say so, naming a company does not mean it endorses us or is in a formal partnership with us.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including a scheduling service, a careers site and news publishers. They are run by others and have their own terms and privacy policies.
