Company / Infrastructure and security

A real floor.
Built not to stop.

The facility is part of the service. Ours is in the centre of Port of Spain, with two of everything that matters: two power sources behind the mains, two fibre links from different suppliers, and people on site around the clock.

The specification

What is behind
every seat.

01Power

Three layers before the lights go out

A central UPS covers every production and training workstation. An automatic transfer switch moves the load without a break, and a diesel generator takes over from there.

  • Centralised UPS on all workstations
  • Automatic transfer switch
  • Generator tested every week, with logged checks
  • Diesel contracted from three suppliers

02Connectivity

More than one way to the world

Two fibre links from different vendors, with failover paths behind them and an independent dark-fibre connection. Carriers and internet providers within our own group stand behind the site.

  • Dual redundant fibre from diverse vendors
  • Primary MPLS with dual failover paths
  • VPN failover
  • Independent dark fibre on a 1 Gigabit backbone

03Security

People, doors and cameras

Security staff are on site at all hours. Entry is controlled at the door and again at each floor, and footage is stored off the premises.

  • 24/7 on-site security personnel
  • Controlled main entrance
  • Proximity-card access to floors
  • 24-hour CCTV with remote storage

04Systems

Every PC the same, and locked down

Computers are deployed from standard, security-validated images, so no workstation is an exception. Staff recertify in information security every quarter.

  • Enforced encryption
  • Current antivirus
  • Role- and rule-based access controls
  • An on-site server room for hosted or client-owned systems

05Compliance

Standards we work to

A PCI DSS Level 3 compliant environment across workstations, network and processes. Business continuity and backup procedures are aligned to ISO 22301:2019, and crisis communication protocols to ISO 22330:2018. Healthcare programs run under the client's own compliance framework.

06Workspace

A floor made for the work

Ergonomic, plug-and-play workstations in bench and cluster layouts, with two dedicated training rooms. Work-from-home capacity can be added where a program calls for it.

  • 350 workstations on site
  • Two dedicated training rooms
  • Bench and cluster configurations
  • Work-from-home as an option

"Aligned to" means our procedures follow the standard. It is not a claim of certification. Available capacity is confirmed for each program during scoping.

Before go-live

Ready is something
we demonstrate.

Before a program takes its first contact we test it as if something had already gone wrong: your access, the routing, the equipment and the procedures.

We agree who responds to a fault, how the program communicates during a disruption and how recovery is confirmed. Then we show you it works.

Practical questions

Asked before most engagements.

Can we review the infrastructure with your technical team?

Yes. A technical readiness discussion is part of scoping. It covers your systems, access, connectivity, equipment and the continuity arrangements your program needs.

Can you host our technology?

Yes. There is a dedicated server room on site for hosted client technology, or we can operate entirely within a stack you own.

How much capacity is available today?

More than 150 production seats are ready now, within a site of 350 workstations. We confirm the exact space, equipment and dates during scoping, because they change as programs start.

What happens if the building cannot be used?

Our systems are a hybrid of cloud and on-site infrastructure, so work can be moved if the facility is unavailable and can continue if an internet connection is lost.

Tell us which conversations you have.
We will tell you who should lead each one.

A direct conversation with the people who run the operation. Expect a view on scope, a pilot design and a timeline.
