Equipped, plug-and-play workstations in an access-controlled facility: badge entry, round-the-clock CCTV, and backup power from UPS and a generator tested every week. No capital outlay and no long lease.

Computers, monitors and peripherals, configured for your security and network requirements, with technical support for the equipment we issue.

HR and payroll as a service
General HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations guidance and full payroll processing, in line with Trinidad and Tobago labour law.

Can we keep control of our own operation?
Yes. In a hosted arrangement your own leadership runs the program. Recruitment, devices, connectivity and support are scoped separately, so it is always clear who owns what.
Do you work with BPO providers as well as enterprises?
Yes. We have delivered market entry and expansion for other BPO operators, close to 600 seats in total.
How quickly can we launch?
A 20-seat pilot can be live in as little as two weeks from signature, and a floor of 100 or more seats in six to eight weeks. Both depend on the complexity of the program, recruitment and access to your systems.
What if we need more space than you have?
Our site holds 350 equipped workstations and can be extended. Beyond that, our group develops purpose-built facilities to the capacity you need.
